Schedule:

7:00 AM: Registration opens, complimentary coffee & donuts
7:00 AM to 9:00 AM: Expo setup
9:00 AM to 4:30 PM: Expo open
8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, 10:30 to Noon, 1:00 to 2:30 PM: Technical Sessions
2:30 to 4:30 PM: Complimentary beer and appetizers

Cost:

Expo tabletop: $250.00 includes two admission tickets and wireless internet - electricity ($25) & lunches ($25) sold separately.
General admission AFS members: $30
General admission AFS non members: $40
Students: free with student ID
Lunch: $25 lunch tickets much be purchased separately.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No registration fees will be refunded for cancellations made less than three full business days prior to the meeting day. (For example, cancellations must be made by the end of Wednesday for an event held the following Monday.) Registered no-shows, who have not paid in advance, will be invoiced for the event.
